GHC believes our clients will learn more from our analyses if we show our clients exactly where they fall among a peer group. For example, instead of benchmarking a client hospital's departments against only the peer-group average (one point of comparison) for each department, we use a statistical decile scale to rank each department more precisely along the comparator scale.
